Workshop for Apprenticeship Advisors Announcement
Aim of the workshop is implementation of the "training of trainers": education and training of Advisors to work with enterprises and schools during the process of implementation of work-based learning at the employers.
In order to provide complete information on the existing state of the vocational education system, various aspects of organization the work-based learning will be presented at the workshop: legislative framework, role of different stakeholders, procedure of licensing of workshops, support mechanisms and incentives for enterprises for the implementation of apprenticeship, proposal of Program for in-company mentors. Also, the Austrian experience of the organization of apprenticeship will be presented and the role of the Croatian Chamber of Economy in the context of expected legal changes.
On the second day, CCE will present the Toolbox for Apprenticeship Advisors.
In addition to representatives of partner institutions (representatives of county chambers of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, University of Zadar, Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, Croatian Employment Service, Zagreb Chamber of Crafts, SEECEL), representatives of the Ministry of Science and Education, the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts and the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts will also be participating.
